This Refund Policy applies to clients who have engaged Octinix Software Labs for services, either through direct contact or through our website. The terms outlined herein govern the refund process for each type of service, and specific details regarding eligibility and procedures may be further defined in individual project agreements or contracts.
Refund Eligibility
The eligibility for a refund depends on the nature of the service provided:
Web Development, App Development, Software Development: Refunds are generally not provided once development work has commenced. However, if there are extenuating circumstances, we may evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
SEO Services, Branding, Logo Design, Graphic Design, Social Media Management, Advertising Campaigns: Refunds are not typically provided for these services due to the subjective nature of design and marketing work. However, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction, and adjustments may be considered based on client feedback.
Web Hosting, Cloud Servers, VPS: Refunds for hosting services may be prorated based on the remaining term of the hosting plan. Refunds are not provided for any additional services or add-ons.
Refund Process
- To initiate a refund request, clients must follow these steps:
- Submit a written refund request to Octinix Software Labs at care@octinix.com.
- Clearly state the reasons for the refund request and provide any supporting documentation.
- Octinix Software Labs will review the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Exceptions to Refund Policy
In certain circumstances, Octinix Software Labs may make exceptions to this Refund Policy at its discretion. These exceptions may include:
- Errors made by Octinix Software Labs that result in a negative impact on the client’s project.
- Failure to provide agreed-upon services within a reasonable timeframe.
Refund Timeframe
Once a refund request is approved, Octinix Software Labs will process the refund within 2-5 days, and amount will be credited in your original payment method within 15 days.
No-Show or Cancellation Fees
For certain services, such as events or training sessions, where clients fail to attend or cancel without adequate notice, Octinix Software Labs reserves the right to charge a no-show or cancellation fee.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with Octinix Software Labs is considered a breach of these terms. Clients are encouraged to contact us to address any concerns before taking such actions.
Amendments to Refund Policy
Octinix Software Labs reserves the right to update or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Octinix Software Labs website.
